Debbie June is also thirsty!! I think she’s moisturizing to shield her delicate petals from the strong sun. The vibrant yellow center should make you smile.

I really look forward to seeing the wild lilies of summer. They’re all beautiful – the white with yellow are so crsip and clean looking. I especially like the wild orange ones with the very dark accent colors – so much so that I harvested seeds from one and have planted them in a container. It will be interesting to see what happens with them.
