Kumquat Blossoms

The kumquat blossoms are very dainty. They are hard to spot but when you do they remind me of a twinkling star. Soon the fruit will ripen to a deep orange color. They make wonderful decorative accents to a Thanksgiving dinner.

There are so many lovely things that we miss in our days, too filled with “busyness” and rushing here and there. Thank you for watching and sharing. Isn’t it amazing to watch the growth of a single fruit or vegetable from the bud to the blossom to the edible delight that we usually take for granted. And then we find the seed that could start the life cycle again. I love to start the day in Dale’s garden.
