The Purple Shamrock Oxalis Triangularis is one of my favorite oxalis. The contrast of color between the purple and almost black purple always delights me The tiny little flowers are a bonus. There is a short video of the Oxalis. Please view the pictures with the PicLens for better quality and to see all the photos.
I’ve got that Oxalis. Had it but didn’t know. It never had the two shades but does now. Must make a difference in lighting. Boy was I happy when I saw that.

I have Oxalis as houseplants, but not this one.
It is a beauty Miriam.

I have been wondering what this plant was! My neighbor gave me this plant last year and I just recently divided in and planted some in the ground. I did not know what it was called, or if it needed sun, shade, or a combination. Now I can do some research, at least, to see if I can place it anywhere better in the garden.
