Happy cheery Sundrops also called Primrose. I find them fascinating. They take over the lawn, the yard, they grow through concrete cracks. They are indestructible. They remind me of an old satellite TV antennae only pink. I shot some video. Please view the pictures with the PicLens for better quality and to see all the photos.
Very pretty!

Wow, never seen those and a couple of the other flowers you have. A lot of things do not grow here either because it is too hot or because it does not get enough cold days.

Beautiful in their simplicity. Around here, we call the very bright yellow primroses, “Sundrops.”

I dedicate these beautiful “buttercups”, as we call them in the south, to all the good things from my childhood. these grow naturally in the deep south, along road sides and in yards. as a child, we would push our nose into them to “smell them” and laugh with glee as we showed off our yellow nose from the pollen.

This flower is such a beautiful gift for the weekend & a good start for the month of April.
It is so bright w/ a happy face. It puts a smile on my face.
I am sure that Dale is smiling too.
Have a great weekend.
